Renting Information

RENTING THE PERFORMING ARTS CENTER

Thank you for your interest in the Performing Arts Center (PAC).
The PAC may be rented by local performing arts groups, companies, or individuals who wish to hold performances, meetings, or receptions.
The Center boasts a wide range of accoutrements including the PAC Concert Hall that can accommodate up to 1,350 patrons in a concert setting. In addition to our state-of-the-art performance space, we offer the Atrium Lobby (4,773 sq. ft.) which can accomodate 80 for a seated dinner or 400 for a stand-up reception, backstage Greenroom, front and back-of-house areas, and catering and security services.

UNIVERSITY GROUPS OR DEPARTMENTS:

If you are a university group or department on campus please contact Dr. Lari Young, PAC Director, to request dates in the PAC by e-mail only at lari.young@tamucc.edu


NON-UNIVERSITY GROUPS:

If you are a non-university group CLICK HERE to fill out a request form and you will be contacted with information about PAC availability.


Required information for rental consideration:

1) The name of your group and for-profit or not-for-profit status.
2) What is the event you are going to be producing (tech riders are required for any performing artist before dates will be considered).
3) How many patrons are you expecting will attend your event?
4) Is this a fundraiser?
5) What are your preferred dates/times for your event?

Requests are not confirmed until you are contacted by a PAC Staff member or Community Outreach who will coordinate dates with you if available. Your request will be reviewed and you will be contacted by e-mail about available dates and times.
